Mr. Ali Nahid Khan joined NDB Capital Limited on 03 August 2025 as Deputy Managing Director.

Md. Shahadat Hossain is a Certificate Level Qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He joined NDB Capital Limited on 1st January 2025 as Assistant Manager- Accounts & Compliance.

Shahadat is a skilled finance and accounting professional with over three years of experience in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting gained during his articleship at Howladar Yunus & Co. He is well-versed in IFRS, IAS, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in preparing financial statements, managing audits, and improving internal control systems.

During his articleship at Howladar Yunus & Co., Shahadat gained extensive experience across diverse industries. He worked on statutory audits for companies like Abdul Monem Limited and Nippon Signal, and external audits for HTTPOOL Bangladesh Limited. His engagements also included internal audits, financial compliance checks, and services for organizations like Southeast Bank Limited, focusing on cash incentives and accounting standards adherence.

Ms. Cindy began her professional journey in 2005, accumulating extensive experience across various industries, including buying houses, shipping lines, and real estate development. She joined NDB Capital Limited on February 16, 2012 as an Executive Assistant and currently holds the position of Officer – HR & Admin. Prior to joining NDB Capital Limited, she also served as an Executive Officer at My Home Limited.

With a proven track record of dedication and integrity, Ms. Cindy is known for her strong work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to acquire new skills. Her friendly demeanor, helpful nature, and great sense of humor make her an asset to any team.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Cindy enjoys cooking a variety of dishes and listening to music in her leisure time.

Sohel Rana joined NDB Capital Limited on 1st September 2013. Prior to joining NDB Capital, he worked at Ha-Meem Group as a Receive Delivery Coordinator. Sohel is currently working as an Executive Assistant in the Portfolio Management Department.

He has completed his MBS and BBS degrees, both with a concentration in the Management Department, from Govt. Titumir College.
